Brief Description:

PEAK is a comprehensive, standards-based science program designed to empower elementary and middle school students with the knowledge to manage energy use in their homes, schools and communities. To learn more about becoming a PEAK school, please visit our website at: www.peakstudents.org.

PEAK staff and our energy-saving superhero, Bulbman, are available for a 45 minute assembly at your school! This fun and educational event will energize your students and empower them to become Smart Energy Managers.
During the PEAK assembly, students will:

  • Participate in a discussion about why saving energy is important!
  • Learn how electricity is made.
  • Meet Bulbman and share ideas on how to save energy using the 4 PEAK Student Energy Actions!

After the assembly, students are encouraged to share what they’ve learned with their friends and family. Teachers also have the option of completing PEAK’s post-assembly activity with their classroom.
