Cost: At the Marine Mammal Center: one hour Guided Tour for one class: $130; One-hour Program: $130; Combination of Guided Tour and Program: $225 (for up to 35 people including chaperones).  See our website for other options.

At PIER 39: 1 hour program = $150 (for up to 35 people including chaperones).

Brief Description:

At the Marine Mammal Center: School groups visiting The Center can participate in programs designed for their grade level and/or a guided tour of the Center, including viewing our animal patients.  Programs include real marine mammal specimens and hands-on activities that stimulate inquiry and inspire ocean stewardship.

At PIER 39, San Francisco: Through the Sea Lions in the City program, students observe wild sea lions at PIER 39 and learn about their behavior, natural history, and habitat conservation.

Program Elements:
